Data collected
- Quote request and contact form: name and company, phone number, email address (optional), city, type of venue, main need and project description.
- Technical data: the IP address is processed for the form’s anti-spam protection.
- Campaign parameters (UTM, advertising click identifiers): kept for 90 days and attached to your request, only if you have accepted trackers.
Purposes
- Answer your quote, advice or contact requests, and arrange a visit or a demonstration.
- Follow up your request commercially.
- Measure audience and campaign effectiveness, only with your consent.
Basis for processing
Your consent, which you give by ticking the box provided in the form or by accepting trackers. You can withdraw it at any time.
Recipients
Your data is intended for ProSound Maroc. It is processed with the help of technical providers: ProSound’s sales management tool (CRM), an automation tool, the site host and the anti-spam service. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify and object to the processing of your data. To exercise them, write to contact@prosound.ma stating your request and attaching proof of identity if needed.
Cookies and trackers
When you arrive, a banner asks whether you accept audience-measurement and advertising trackers. Without your consent, none of these trackers is loaded or stored. The “Refuse” button is as easy to reach as “Accept”.
- With your consent: the site loads Google Tag Manager (Google’s tag management tool); the campaign parameters of the landing address (UTM, Google and Meta click identifiers) are kept for 90 days in your browser and attached to your quote request; two anonymous measurement events are sent (submitting a form, adding a product to your request). - Without your consent: only what the site needs to work is used: your product request list, kept in your browser; your tracker choice; and the forms’ anti-spam check (Cloudflare Turnstile), loaded only on form pages.
- Your choice is kept for 6 months, then asked again. You can change it at any time with the “Manage my cookies” link at the bottom of every page; refusing deletes any stored campaign parameters.
